This class combines yin, to stretch and reconnect to the body, with mindfulness, to reconnect to your true self. In this class we hold feel good stretchy poses for anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes to ease slowly into deep powerful stretches. After this class, you will walk off the mat feeling like you are in a fresh new body!
